The founding partners and co-shareholders are Ram Evgi, a creative entrepreneur, and Jacques Hackenberg, an experienced business manager.

The scope of the company is to build a portfolio of patents related to Espresso coffee and other hot drinks.

The business objective is to license third parties and to set-up business ventures to explore the full potential  of the patent portfolio.

Company offices are located in the city of Utrecht, The Netherlands, and the research center resides in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
